TWO JEWS WALK INTO A WAR...
June 4 - 20
Shadowland opens our 26th season with a surprising new comedy based on actual events. After the death of their great friend, two men - who don't like each other very much - find themselves to be the last two Jews in Kabul, Afghanistan.

John Astin ('The Addams Family') returns to the Shadowland to star in this thoughtful comic drama by popular actor Jeff Daniels. This compelling and semi-autobiographical play explores the risks, rewards and responsibilities of being an artist.

THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES

Right off its hugely successful off-Broadway run, Shadowland is thrilled to produce this regional premiere. Featuring all your favorite hits of the 50's and 60's including "Lollipop", "Dream Lover", "Stupid Cupid", "It's My Party", "It's In His Kiss", and more, this cotton candy-colored, non-stop pop musical blast from the past will have you dancing in the aisles.

Michael Hollinger's hilarious theatre noir farce mixes together three love stories, Cold War paranoia, and a nuclear espionage plot in a crazy comedy about marriage and other explosive devices. An audience pleasing, knee-slapping comedy, RED HERRING is an ode to what attracts, compels and confounds us.
